Overalls are perfect to transition into Autumn. They can be styled in a multitude of ways, with tops layered underneath, or outerwear layered on top. In the chiller days of Autumn, add a turtleneck underneath your overalls, and dress the look down with uggs or dress it up with a heeled bootie. I love to style my overalls with faux fur vests and jackets if the temperate is cold enough. In the milder Autumn months, I prefer to wear my overalls with a tank, and add a denim jacket or shirt around my waist, just in case the temperature changes throughout the day. For this look, I added a peach, ribbed tank from Missguided.com underneath my overalls. I was able to score this tank for $1.50 as a part of their on going 70% off sale. While I would never wear this tank alone, it's a great layering piece and can add a needed pop of color to any drab denim outfit. New items are added to Missguided.com's sale daily. My overalls are a Target style find and were only $8.00. They're a bit oversized, which is great to create a relaxed look when styling your outfit. I've also been lucky enough to find overalls at Marshalls and Forever 21 on the clearance rack. I'm not big on thrifting (mainly because I've never come across a thrift store that smelled clean) but a great place to find denim overalls for less is your local thrift shop. I accessorized this look with a burgundy bolo choker from Forever21.com to add more color to the look. Normally I would style this look with my gold Birks dupe sandals for a relaxed look, but unfortunately I didn't bring those with me when I moved. Instead, I paired my gold flatform sandals from Target to complete the look. If you've been following me since the beginning, you know I love a bold lip, instead for this look, I opted for a neutral peach lip. I don't believe in paying a ton of money for lipstick and only buy drug store makeup. If you're wondering about my lip color, it's "Ready to Swoon" by Wet and Wild.
