Now I Do What I Want

Last night, I was lucky enough to snag a ticket to see Lil Uzi Vert, perform live! (Leave your opinions at the door in regards to my taste in rap.) He gave quite the performance, had the crowd entertained throughout the entire show. And in typical Lil Uzi fashion, jumped into the crowd and led his fans on a "chase" if you will, around the auditorium, scaled the wall to reach the balcony, spit a verse hanging by one arm, and jumped at least 15 feet from the balcony back to the floor level before returning to the stage. My look of the night was Kim Kardashian-West inspired. I choose to wear khaki green tones throughout the entire look, and accentuate the outfit with hints of gold throughout. My high waisted skirt is from Missguided.com. It is currently no longer available on the website, but similar styles are available. I am also wearing a khaki green crop top from Forever 21, that features a sheer-like design. To hide the sheerness of the shirt, I layered the entire look with a khaki green, sleeveless, trench-style jacket from Papaya Clothing. This sleeveless jacket can be styled in a variety of ways, as you will quickly see on The Mod Little Melanin, and also features a tie-belt, allowing it to be worn open or closed.

My gold accent pieces, included my rose gold shoes from Missguided.com. These shoes were regular $50, and I was able to purchase them from the website for about $8.00. I also styled this look with a rose gold, glitter clutch, from JcPenny, and added large, gold hoop earrings to complete my look.
